16th Annual Buddy Walk & Family Picnic
Promoting Acceptance & Inclusion
Sunday, October 7, 2012
Lake Quannapowitt – Wakefield, MA
|The MDSC 2012 Buddy Walk and Family Picnic was a tremendous success thanks to the many team captains, walkers, and donors who supported our efforts. Although the walk is completed and registration is closed, it's not too late to make a contribution to support the MDSC's critical programs and initiatives that serve individuals with Down syndrome and their families all year long. You can click on the general donation link or make a donation to a walker. Thank you for your support and please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions. We hope that you'll join us for our 2013 walk on October 13, 2013.|

The MDSC Buddy Walk Program is the state’s largest public awareness platform to promote acceptance and inclusion of all children and adults with Down syndrome. People who participate and fundraise for these events support all MDSC programs and services that provide hope to new and expectant parents, training to medical professionals and students, tools to educators, opportunities for self-advocates, a strong voice on Capitol Hill, and resources on all topics related to Down syndrome for anyone who needs it.
We invite you to "Step In Style" at the 16th Annual Buddy Walk & Family Picnic, our signature event that welcomes over 3,000 to celebrate this community and raise vital awareness and funds to ensure all people with Down syndrome are given opportunities to lead meaningful lives.
